Kill All Lying NATO Reporters

I.T.S. Note: NATO(Disbelievers) is claiming that more than 200 Taliban soldiers have been killed. Taliban military commander for south and southeastern Afghanistan Mullah Dadullah(a Muslim) has said in an interview with the Associated Press(AP) that only 10 of their soldiers died. As Muslims, who's word do you take? Who's words are you supposed to take? Allah s.w.t. has said in the Qur'an: “O you who believe! If a Faasiq (liar — evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done” [al-Hujuraat 49:6]

In regards to a Muslim, when we are told that Allah judges all actions by their intentions who are you to cast dispersions on them after that? Ask yourself that. If you still doubt Mullah Dadullah(who is a Muslim), you need to check your 'aqeedah becasue there is a serious problem with your belief.

Taliban: NATO inflating Afghanistan death toll
Source: CNN

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan (AP) -- The top Taliban military commander on Monday said that NATO's claims to have killed more than 200 insurgents over the weekend were propaganda and warned that his men would target journalists who reported "wrong information" given by the U.S.-led coalition or NATO.

"They are saying that they have killed 200 Taliban but they did not kill even 10 Taliban," said Mullah Dadullah, Taliban military commander for south and southeastern Afghanistan. "They are just destroying civilian homes and agricultural land. They are using the media to do propaganda against the Taliban."

Dadullah spoke to The Associated Press in a satellite phone call from an undisclosed location. The reporter has spoken to him in the past and recognized his voice.

"From today, I want to tell journalists that if in future they use wrong information from coalition forces or NATO we will target those journalists and media," Dadullah said. "We have the Islamic right to kill these journalists and media."

How The Israeli Government Thought of Dealing With its Arab Population

It's called genocide.

Assennara [Arab Israeli journal] learned from reliable sources that the Israeli government in the late 50s and early 60s prepared a plan to limit the "birth rate" of the Arabs who remained in the country [after the 1948 war] in an effort to solve the demographic problems resulting from the increasing growth ratio among Arabs; which the Israeli government though of as a security danger that threatened the demographic balance in the country.

The sources said that the Israeli government under the leadership of Ben Gurion and with consultations from experts reviewed a proposal of "birth control" among Arabs,
not for the sake of the Arab family welfare but in order to limit their numbers and banish whatever the government could amidst concerns of low numbers of Jews in the country, then.

Assennara learned that these documents are classified as "top secrets" that have not been published yet despite their decades ages. We also learned that certain documents were not allowed access to pertaining the plan although other parts were allowed access to for researchers and academicians.

For that reason, we spent all day yesterday asking top [Israeli] security officials that dealt with the Arabic affairs. But all of them strongly declined the story. One of the former advisors said "I never heard of or thought of a proposal like that. Even if the someone proposed it, I suspect that others would have executed it, or could have executed it."

Assennara submitted a written questionnaire to three former officials:- Former Prime Minister and Ben Gurion aide Shimon Peres who was, hitherto, the Defense Minister; former President and ex aide and secretary to Ben Gurion, Yitzhak Navon; and to Haim Yisraeli, a senior officer in the Defense Ministry who obtained the Medal of Israel this year for his contribution to the security of the state. The questionnaire was submitted in writing based on the requests of their secretaries.

Jews target innocent Palestinians

Israel Fires 400 Rockets on Gaza in 2 Days
By Anadolu News Agency (aa), Jerusalem
Published: Sunday, April 16, 2006

Gaza Strip has been under heavy rocket attacks from Israel since Friday, said a spokesman for the Israeli military.

Israel responded to an attack of Qassam -type missiles by throwing about 2,000 rockets in the last couple of weeks, a statement from the Israeli military spokesman read. The statement also gave news of the Israeli military firing a total of 12 missiles, 10 of which blew off in Palestinian soil.

The cause for such a sharp escalation in attacks is to force Palestinian militia to move faster around the region, which lessens the effect of rocket attacks, according to a statement from the military radio station.

In another development here, the Israeli military arrested nine Palestinians who had been wanted in the Nablus province of West Bank.

Proper Dress For Muslim Woman

Rules regarding Muslim women's (and men's) attire are derived from
the Quran
, Islam's revealed text, and the traditions (hadith)the
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In the Quran, God states: "Say to
the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their
modesty...And say to the believing women that they should lower their
gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty
and adornments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they
should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty
except to their husbands, their fathers...(a list of exceptions)"
[Chapter 24, verses 30-31] Also, "O Prophet! Tell thy wives and
daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer
garments over their persons...that they should be known and not
molested." [Chapter 33, verse 59]

In one tradition, the Prophet Muhammad is quoted as saying: "...If the
woman reaches the age of puberty, no part of her body should be seen bu
this --- and he pointed to his face and hands."

From these and other references, the vast majority of Muslim scholars
and jurists, past and present, have determined the minimum requirements
for Muslim women's dress: 1) Clothing must cover the entire body, with
the exception of the face and the hands. 2) The attire should not be
form fitting, sheer or so eye-catching as to attract undue attention or
reveal the shape of the body.

There are similar, yet less obvious requirements for a Muslim male's
attire. 1) A Muslim man must always be covered from the navel to the
knees. 2) A Muslim man should similarly not wear tight, sheer,
revealing, or eye-catching clothing. In addition, a Muslim man is
prohibited from wearing silk clothing (except for medical reasons) or
gold jewelry. A Muslim woman may wear silk or gold.

anti-Muslim bias Strong in Europe

EU Imams Told Anti-Muslim Bias Dangerously High

Winkler urged European authorities to support mosque construction and provide time for religious broadcasts in public broadcasting.

By Ahmed Al-Matboli, IOL Correspondent

VIENNA, April 8, 2006 (IslamOnline.net) – The head of the EU's racism observatory on Saturday, April 8, told the second conference of European imams, brining together 300 leaders, imams and female preachers from 35 countries, that anti-Muslim bias is dangerously high in Europe.

"The level of discrimination against Muslim communities in Europe remains dangerously high," Beate Winkler, head of the European Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC), told European imams meeting in Vienna.

"Some people stereotype all Muslims as devotedly religious and sharing a fundamentalist view of Islam," she said.

Winkler said her agency would soon publish two reports on Islamophobia in Europe, warning of a vicious circle of discrimination and hostility towards Muslims from parts of the European majority.

Turfa Bagaghati, deputy chairman of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR), agreed.

"It is high time now that Muslims in Europe pressed for their rights like enacting laws banning aggression on Islam and enhancing Islamic education," he told IslamOnline.net.

Celebrating the Prophet’s Birth An Innovation of Guidance

Among the great innovations of guidance is the annual celebration of the Prophet’s birth (Mawlid un-Nabiyy). This event is commemorated by Muslims all over the world who join together for such rewardable deeds as reciting from the Qur’an, chanting Islamic praises, telling the story of the Prophet’s birth, teaching Religious Knowledge, slaughtering animals to feed to the poor, and gathering to thank and praise Allah and ask Him to exalt the honor of Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam. The honorable, knowledgeable, and righteous ruler: al-Mudhaffar, the King of Irbil{1}, initiated this practice about 900 years ago, and he was praised by Muslim scholars of Islam--among them the Egyptian hafidhs: Ibn Hajar al-^Asqalaniyy and Jalal ud-Din as-Suyutiyy. The famous scholar of hadith, Abul-Khattab Ibn Dihyah, wrote a book for the king especially to be read during the mawlid celebration, and there are no great Muslim scholars who dispraised this innovated celebration.

The basis for commemorating honorable events repeatedly every year is evidenced in the Sunnah of the Prophet. As related by al-Bukhariyy, when the Prophet emigrated to al-Madinah he found the Jews fasting, so he asked them why they fasted on the 10th of Muharram{2}. They told the Prophet they do so to commemorate the day Allah saved Prophet Moses (Musa) and the Tribes of Israel (Isra’il) from the tyranny of the Pharaoh. It was revealed to the Prophet what the Jews said was true, so Prophet Muhammad told them: "We are more deserving of Moses (Musa) than you." He said this because Prophet Moses (Musa) was Muslim. Prophet Muhammad ordered the Muslims to fast the 9th and 10th of Muharram, and this Sunnah is still practiced today.

To celebrate the birth of the Prophet by doing rewardable deeds-- that can be done on any day of the year--is considered an innovated practice because this was not done at the time of the Prophet. Although this innovation was praised by the Muslim scholars of Islam, some people consider any innovation an innovation of misguidance. Those who consider any innovation an innovation of misguidance have been misled, because there are two sahih hadiths which support celebrating such an event. Imam Muslim related, through the route of Jarir Ibn ^Abdullah, the Prophet said:

There are two types of innovations mentioned in this hadith: the innovations of guidance and the innovations of misguidance.

Allah's Views on Homosexuals

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, may Allaah exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

As for the best way to deal with those cursed people (homosexuals), you should give them advice, condemn their sinful acts, reject what they are doing, call them to the way of Allaah and show them the dangers resulting from practising the horrible sin of sodomy. This is the way Prophet Loot, may Allaah exalt his mention, used to deal with those cursed people as Allaah Says (which means): {And [We had sent] Loot when he said to his people, “Do you commit such immorality as no one has preceded you with from among the worlds [i.e. peoples]? Indeed, you approach men with desire, instead of women. Rather, you are a transgressing people.”}[Quran 7:80-81]. In another verse He Says (which means): {The people of Loot denied the messengers. When their brother Loot said to them, “Will you not fear Allaah? Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. So fear Allaah and obey me. And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. Do you approach males among the worlds. And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing.}[Quran 26:160-166].

So this is the way to deal with whomever follows the footsteps of the people of Loot, may Allaah exalt his mention, and commits the same sins they used to do. One should adopt the way of Prophet Loot, may Allaah exalt his mention, who rejected and condemned what his people were doing and called them to the Path of Allaah. The Quran revealed the stories of the early nations in order for us to take lessons and to teach us how to deal with those whom we call to the Path of Allaah. At the same time, by reading such stories we are warned against the bad consequences of the sins and crimes these people committed. Allaah Says (which means): {There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding…..}[Quran 12:111].

As for those homosexuals who do not respond positively to your advice, they should be abandoned and boycotted. A Muslim should leave the place where this major sin is prevalent so that he will not be included if these people are touched by torment. After telling us about the perdition of the people of Loot, may Allaah exalt his mention, Allaah Says (which means): {….And it [i.e. Allaah’s punishment] is not from the wrongdoers [very] far.}[Quran 11:83].

This means that this kind of destruction will touch those who are pleased with what the sinners are doing and resemble them. These sinners deserve this severe punishment because of their injustice, so a Muslim is warned against living or mixing with them lest punishment touches him as well. For more information, refer to Fatwa 5285 about the ruling on staying in non-Muslim countries and to Fatwa 7173 about the relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims.

Allaah Knows best.
